1. Why should I work with New Temptations Limited?
We do everything we can to make your experience of working with us enjoyable but most of all easy. We are extremely customer focused and understand that if we do everything we can to enable your business to be a success then we will also benefit from this.
2. What is your minimum order value/quantity?
Our minimum order value is £150
3. What are your delivery times?
Our delivery times vary by supplier and can be found in detail within our Terms and Conditions, however most ranges are held in stock for immediate dispatch.
4. Do you have images available for all your products?
Yes we do, please take a look at our 'Order Catalogue' section for more information.
5. How do I place an order?
You have three ways to pay, via phone on 0161 336 2200, via fax on 0161 336 2280 or via email to sales@newtemptations.co.usee our 'How to Order ' section for further details.
6. How can I pay?
We accept payment with most Major Credit cards (not American Express), Cheque or Postal Orders and Direct Bank Transfer.
7. Can I buy extra copies of your catalogues?
Yes you can, details can be found on our 'Order Catalogue' page.
8. What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of the product we sell we only accept returns on faulty items, which will be replaced. All returns for faulty items must be agreed in advance and be accompanied by a letter explaining the problem and your company details. We are happy to assist with any sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering.
9. Do you have a RRP for your ranges?
We do not specify an RRP as we believe you know your own business better than we do. However, we are more than happy to offer guidance on mark ups for each range depending on your business type.
10. Do you offer a drop ship facility?
Currently no but this is being looked at and we do hope to be offering this service very soon.
