  1. Interpretation
    1. 'the Buyer' means the person(s), firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company.
    2. 'the Company' means New Temptations Ltd.
    3. 'Goods' means any product purchased from the Company.
  2. The Company only accept returns on faulty/damaged Goods.
  3. Goods returned to the Company must be unworn, in the original condition, with tags still attached.
  4. For set Goods that include more than one item- all items must be returned together- as per the original order- including thongs, body stockings, masks, ties, chains and props.
  5. Goods must be returned to the Buyer within 28 days of delivery. Goods must then be returned to the Company within a further 28 days.
  6. Returns
    1. Goods must be returned to the Company with a completed returns form with the fault clearly explained.
    2. The Company will send the Buyer a returns form in the event of return. A hard copy of the returns form must be included with the delivery and also sent by email to the Company.
    3. The Buyer must retain a proof of returns postage receipt.

Please note: New Temptations do not operate on a 'Sale or Return' basis. Any unwanted or unsold items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
